At EyeKraze, we strive to offer premium-quality sunglasses that you’ll love wearing. But if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order — subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided.
Original Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, along with all tags and accessories.
Prescription-Free Products Only: For hygiene and customization reasons, prescription or custom lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions: Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page or ask our support team for clarification.
Return Process:
Reach Out to Us: Contact our team via inbox or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Get Return Approval: Our support team will provide a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
Repack the Product: Carefully pack the sunglasses in their original box to avoid damage during return shipping.
Send It Back: Use a traceable courier service. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets all return conditions.
Refund or Exchange: If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method, or offer an exchange/store credit within 7 working days.
Please Note:
EyeKraze reserves the right to decline returns if the item does not meet our return criteria.
In case of an exchange, if your preferred product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit as per your choice.
